Who we are

One consulting capability. No silos.

MoatBerg Consulting Practices (MCP) is the primary brand of PRISMCHECK's Corporate Consulting line of business. We help organisations improve operational performance through consulting, business transformation and implementation support.

You get access to a multidisciplinary team spanning enterprise transformation, data and intelligence, change and experience, and digital trust and resilience, without the rigidity of a traditional siloed practice model.

Design the Enterprise.
Optimise the Process.
Enable the Future.
Our value proposition
Our flagship proposition

Operating Model Design & Implementation (OMDI)

OMDI brings together strategy, capability, process, organisation, information, technology and change into one integrated transformation proposition. Rather than stopping at recommendations, we support you through design, implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.

01

Operating Model Design

Target operating models, capability models, organisation design, governance, process architecture and implementation roadmaps.

02

Business Process Management

Process discovery, architecture, redesign, optimisation, standardisation, governance, performance and continuous improvement.

03

Enterprise Transformation

Enterprise and business architecture, solution design, information architecture, digital transformation and architecture assurance.

04

Implementation & Change

Business analysis, programme and project delivery, PMO, stakeholder engagement, customer experience, training, adoption and benefits realisation.

Four integrated practices

One client. One engagement. The right blend of practices.

Complex client problems rarely sit within a single discipline. A transformation may begin in BPA, require data engineering and analytics from DSI, mobilise programme and change capability from BCE, and need security and resilience assurance from CBC.

We assemble the team around your outcome, rather than making you navigate our internal boundaries.

How we mobilise

One consulting organisation. Four practices. Enterprise-wide access to specialist talent.

MCP is PRISMCHECK's client-facing consulting delivery model. Our capability is not a permanently siloed pool of consultants: suitably qualified specialists from across PRISMCHECK can be seconded into your engagement and aligned to the practice that best reflects the role they will perform for you.

  1. Client outcome & scope
  2. MCP engagement leadership
  3. Practice-based team design
  4. Specialists seconded into the engagement
  5. One integrated delivery team

Flexible mobilisation

Teams are assembled around the scope, required outcomes and specialist disciplines.

Practice accountability

Every secondee operates within the methods, governance and quality expectations of the relevant MCP practice.

Scalable capacity

We can combine core consultants, enterprise specialists, associates and approved external partners as your engagement evolves.

One face to the client

Internal resource origins do not fragment accountability. Delivery remains governed through Corporate Consulting.

Capability transfer

Engagements can combine advisory, delivery, coaching and knowledge transfer, so improvements endure after implementation.

Growing our own bench

Work Experience Coaching & Mentoring (WECoM)

Through WECoM, MCP develops aspiring professionals in management and IT, and builds a pipeline of future consultants for its practices.

  1. LearnClassroom training before joining the programme
  2. PractiseA mandatory six-month internship on live projects within PRISMCHECK, with coaching from experienced MCP Partners
  3. GraduateOn completing the internship, participants graduate as Associates
  4. ProgressAn exceptional Associate can be promoted to Partner after a client interview or an internal assessment by the Practice Lead
OUR ASSURANCE TO CLIENTS
WECoM participants are never placed on a client engagement before they have completed the internship and graduated.

  3. 03

    Design

Define target state, operating model, architecture, processes, requirements and roadmap.
